Our ethos

Yoga is a practice, not a performance.

Yoga is not a competition of who can be the most spiritual, flexible or knowledgable.

We have a responsibility as teachers to embody and remember the roots of Yoga & be part of the evolution in helping Yoga reach a modern world in a comprehensive way. Performative teaching and exclusivity has been the face of Yoga for many years. It is now time for a new movement, a new generation of dedicated teachers to share beyond the Asana, helping Yoga return to an inclusive practice, shared in its entirety. â€‹
