As a school with high standards and a mission to improve the quality of education in the Yoga industry, we would like to inform all students who have not trained with us at the 200HR level, that you may be required to take a couple of extra classes pre-training to ensure everyone is coming into the program with a good level of knowledge.
This will allow you to feel more comfortable and confident before arriving!

This is a stunning part of the South Coast in Sri Lanka, we are hosting our trainings at a local boutique Hotel & Yoga shala, where you can enjoy a wonderful healthy cafe (food included), pristine swimming pool, private luxury accommodation, daily housekeeping and the tropical environment. Partners and friends are welcome to stay with you.

Advanced Yin Yoga + Traditional Chinese Medicine (50HRS)- Yin Yoga Postures - Advanced teaching methodology - 60 + 90 minute Yin Yoga class structures - Yin Yoga Class Theming according to TCM - Practice teaching & application - Traditional Chinese Medicine - The Element theory (Sheng cycle) - Energetic Anatomy of TCM: Fascial Networks, Meridians, Acupressure points, Dantiens, organs, emotions - Myofascial release techniques - Meditation applied to Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga Tattvas * There will be a Yin recap section for the foundations of Yin Yoga which were taught at the 200HR level
