Course Overview

An online Breathwork program for those who are passionate about the science behind breathwork. The Breath is an accessible, biological tool, waiting for you to unlock its potential. This training is a pre requisite for our (future) in person facilitator course,. Designed for those who wish to be a well rounded, competent facilitator & practitioner. In this program, we focus on the science behind Breathing, giving you practical skills & tools to understand your physiology. Included: - 24 guided Breathwork sessions - 6 different Breathwork techniques - 4 transformational Breathwork journeys - 5 weeks of educational material - Functional breathing self assessment - 5 Quizzes to test your knowledge - Bonus downloadables: Sleep apnea protocol + Ice bath protocol Format & structure: Self paced, 5-week program. Every week you will be given one new technique, a tutorial explaining the method and the science, plus a weekly guided session to help you establish a regular Breathwork practice week to week. Adam has 12 years experience as a teacher, exercise physiologist and acupuncturist. He also holds over 500HRS of Yoga accreditations, which give him an excellent background in Pranayama, the traditional practice of Breathwork. He is a level 2 certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, having joined two winter expeditions, climbing mountains in just shorts and shoes, in sub zero temperatures, challenging his mind & physiology! He is also a former professional athlete and has his level 1 in free diving.
