We value the meeting point of science & spirituality, a theme which we carry throughout all of our classes and teachings. We host these programs as practitioners, not performers - with a down to earth approach. Many people come for the training and stay for the community! We not only value our community, but that which surrounds us in our island home. We look beyond the Yoga bubble: for every person who books their YTT with us, we donate 5% of their deposit toward community projects such as animal sanctuaries and children in need.

With intimate group sizes and 4 experienced teachers, including the founders of Barefoot, we ensure each student receives an excellent education and experience alongside personal mentorship, feedback and guidance throughout.
