As an immersion program, you will be training 6 days a week with 1 day off to enjoy the local area. The schedule is perfectly balanced with morning practices of Vinyasa, Meditation & Pranayama, followed by a nourishing breakfast and break. Afternoons consist of fascinating lectures in anatomy, physiology and philosophy, each one engaging and hands on with a long 2 hour lunch break to reset on the beaches or in the cafes. The Afternoon will be about practice teaching, sequencing and fun workshops, followed by a relaxing evening of Yin, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, a sit down dinner and connection!
Each class is engaging, dynamic and designed to provoke critical thinking as we unpick and explore the body, mind and spirit where Science meets spirituality!
