Our 3-week Yin & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training on Sri Lanka's South Coast. This YA-accredited program blends science and spirituality, equipping you to teach and learn more about Yin, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Pranayama. Anatomy & PhysiologyGain a deeper understanding of how to apply the Anatomy of Asanas in order to use this knowledge for more inclusive and professional classes which help to prevent injuries or take into account personal limitations and help students gain functional movement. - Anatomy of Asanas - Posture analysis - Application of Anatomy knowledge (this is a key area which allows 200HR students to refine their knowledge and apply it) - Injury prevention + common injury, how to make adjustments, variations and inclusive sequences - Acknowledging injury + understanding the role of a Yoga teacher - Functional movement + Yogic conditioning (hypermobility vs flexibility) - Energetic Anatomy (Please see specifics mentioned in other modules)

A private retreat in nature, hidden in the tree tops, a short and charming 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the beach and surf town of Ahangama. This is a private retreat space with a tranquil Yoga shala immersed in nature.

We live here all year round and feel very grateful to call this pocket on the south, our home. We are just 2hrs away from Colombo airport and closeby to the national parks, safaris and other stunning stretches of coastline.
