Through combining a preparatory online module with a 5 day in person training, you will gain practical skills, experience and knowledge around facilitating Breathwork journeys and Ice baths. These two disciplines compliment each other as breath regulation is a vital part of training our mind-body connection and developing stress management skills. You will decode the nervous system and learn how the breath is our greatest and most tangible self regulation tool.
