As an immersive program, for 21 days you will be training 6 days a week with 1 day off to enjoy the local area. The schedule is perfectly balanced with a morning practice of Vinyasa, Meditation & Pranayama, followed by a nourishing organic, gourmet breakfast and break. Afternoons consist of fascinating lectures in anatomy, physiology and philosophy, each one engaging and hands on with a long 2 hour lunch break to reset on the beaches or in the cafes. The afternoon will be about practice teaching, sequencing and fun workshops, followed by a relaxing evening of Yin, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, a sit down dinner and connection!
The experience goes beyond the classroom, making even the family meal times a place to connect, relax and learn about nutrition and food. The whole training is an in-depth journey toward a Yogic lifestyle encompassing body, mind & spirit, investiagting where science meets spirituality!
