Retreat Centre Strict Terms & Conditions

- Public schedule/studio

As a Yoga school, we may be operating a public class schedule in the mornings, however this will not interfere with your program. There are two studios/ shalas available for use so timetables will not clash. Outside guests will have limited access to the space whilst retreats are commencing to honour your guests experience. If you would like to join our Barefoot Yoga School teachers/ classes for your retreat, please make a special request so that we can discuss your

add ons.

- On site cafe 

We will have an onsite cafe at the front of the property. Outside guests will be allowed only outside and in the cafe area and will not be able to access the rest of the accommodation. 

- Our home & workspace

Our co founders, directors and managers occasionally work from Barefoot Yoga School and visit to make sure all is ok - they will not disturb your experience or guests. Please note, they are not there to manage your retreat. For extra services of retreat assistance, hosting, management and organising please see additional fees. You will have a direct line to a manager/coordinator for any issues/questions/maintenance enquiries.

- Not exceeding guest limit

No extra guests are permitted to stay in the rooms other than the dedicated amount agreed to upon booking. No outside guests unless agreed to prior using the facilities. No children/ guests under 18 years old

- Zero tolerance for parties, alcohol, drugs on the property. We do not hold a liquor license and therefore we could lose our commercial approval to operate should any alcohol be 

served/consumed on the site. 

- Participants and hosts consuming above substances outside and returning to the property under the influence can be refused entry by security

- No participants under the age of 18

- Hosts/ companies must take out their own travel and professional indemnity and liability insurance for their retreat.

- Business visa is required for the host of the retreat (we will request documentation)

- Staff must be treated with utmost respect & not asked to work overtime unless cleared with management prior

- All attendees and hosts must be respectful and kind to neighbours and wildlife/ resident dogs and cat

- No loud music in open air shala before 8am and after 8pm

- Damages must be reported. Serious damages found to the property and its contents will be invoiced to host accordingly based on value of item

- Managers and team will be present on the site given their working hours only

- Barefoot Yoga school does not provide a retreat host & planner, therefore you must be fully prepared and organised to run your retreat and coordinate your guests and your schedule 

- We require you to send us final dietary requirements 1 week before the commencement of the retreat so that we may prepare food order in good time

- We require you to send us a finalised schedule 1 week before the commencement of the retreat so that we can coordinate our staff 

- Special events: birthdays, weddings etc are to be booked separately and incur a different rate

- Barefoot Yoga school is not liable for any medical/ health related issues which participants or hosts experience during their stay

- Barefoot Yoga school is not liable for any personal damages, losses & stolen property which guest may incur during their stay (unless something is damaged by a staff member, this will be handled internally and accordingly)

- Your dates will not be secured until a deposit is received

Cancellation policy 

- Full refund if dates can be released and rebooked 

- If cancelled before 90 day installment is due, you will receive a full refund minus a €150 administration fee

- If you cancel after the 90 day installment, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Minus €150 euro administration fee

- If you cancel within 30 days prior to commencement, you will receive no refund for the total amount of your booking.

- If any of the above terms are broken or not met with satisfaction, we retain the right to ask you to leave the premises without notice and cancel your booking without refunds. If payments are not made on time, we equally reserve the rights to re-advertise your selected dates.
