20 HR Yoga Training

Course Overview

Our self paced 20HR module for those considering, or completing their 200HR YTT. This course can also be completed by those who simply want to gain more knowledge of Yoga beyond the Asanas (postures). Topics - Anatomy - Posture practice - History of Yoga - Vinyasa yoga - Yin yoga - Sun salutations These topics are covered at a foundational level only, to learn more we encourage students to go on to their 200HR certification to learn more! This is the first module of the 200HR YTTC, however it can be taken as a 'taster' program to see if we are the right school for you! You will have support throughout the course from our two lead trainers Jess and Adam who will be contactable by email if you have any questions
